Care Instructions: Wash garments according to attached tags. I have included a photo of both brand tag and washing tag in each listing. All prints are heat set and can handle regular washing. For the best upkeep, turn inside out to wash.
A Little About the Process: All screen-prints are done on secondhand clothing, and as such they are each one of a kind. I source my clothing from various places, then take them home to wash them. From there, they are color separated and washed with eco-friendly detergent and weather permitting, line dried. I do my best to treat stains and do minor mending where possible. Most of the time, this fixes them right up. Some things just can’t be fixed- so for those items I will be sure to include them and a photo in the listing. Then they get printed right in my kitchen, some dry time, and a heat set before they are off to their next home.
While I do my best to be as environmentally conscious as I can with my art, none of us can be net-zero. My primary focus is on giving things a second life that is not at the bottom of a landfill.
